- By placing an order on our website, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.  

- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.  

 

2. Orders & Payments

- Orders will be processed only after full payment is received. 

- we do not accept cash on delivery.

- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.  

 

3. Shipping & Delivery  

- We ship across India. Estimated delivery time is 3-10 working days, depending upon your location.  

- Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.  

- We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or courier services.  

 

4. Returns & Refunds 

- Exchanges are accepted only for damaged products reported within 7 working days of delivery.  

- To initiate an Exchange, customers must email us at hello@bloknroll.com with images of the damaged product.  

- If approved, the replacement will be shipped.  

- No returns/refunds for change of mind or user damage.  

 

5. Warranty & Support

- Our games are crafted with precision, but in case of any defects, reach out to hello@bloknroll.com.  

- There is no warranty for this product.  

 

6. Privacy & Data Protection

- We respect your privacy. Customer data will be used only for order processing and communication.  

- We do not share personal data with third parties except as required for order fulfillment.  

 

7. Intellectual Property  

- All Blok n Roll products, designs, and content are our intellectual property.  

- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.  

- By purchasing, you acknowledge that Blok n Roll is not responsible for any unforeseen issues beyond our control.  

 

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

- These terms are governed by the laws of India.  

- In case of disputes, resolution will be sought through arbitration or legal proceedings in Pune.
