Cancellation & Refund

1. Eligibility for Exchange

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:  

- The product received is damaged or defectiv.  

- The issue is reported within 7 working days of delivery.  

- The product is unused and in its original packaging.  

 

Exchanges are not accepted for:  

- Change of mind or personal preference.  

- Damage caused by improper use or mishandling.  

- Products purchased from third-party sellers.  

 

2. Exchange Process  

To request an exchange, follow these steps:  

a. Email us at hello@bloknroll.com with:  

   - Order details (order number, purchase date).  

   - Clear images of the damaged or defective product.  

b. Our team will review your request within 3-7 business days.  

c. If approved, we will provide exchange instructions.  

d. Once we receive the damaged product, we will ship a **replacement** at no extra cost.  

 

3. Important Notes  

- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.  

- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the exact item is unavailable, we will refund the money.  

- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.  

 

4. Non-Exchangeable Items  

We do not offer exchanges for:  

- Products damaged due to improper use.  

- Items without original packaging.  

- Free gifts or promotional items.
