Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across India.  

- If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you after order placement.  

 

2. Processing Time  

- Orders are processed within 3-4 working days after confirmation.  

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.  

 

3. Estimated Delivery Time  

- Standard Shipping:3-4 working days 

 

Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or courier delays.  

 

4. Shipping Charges  

- Standard shipping: ₹150  

- Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.  

 

5. Tracking Your Order  

- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your package.  

- If you do not receive tracking details within 4 working days, please contact us at hello@bloknroll.com.  

 

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments  

- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us.  

- In case of lost shipments, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.  

 

7. Order Acceptance & Delivery Attempts  

- If the delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the package may be returned to us.  

- Reshipping charges may apply for reattempted delivery.
