These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the website operated by Blok n Roll (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and the purchase of products made through the website. By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products.

1.1 By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, along with our Exchange & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1.2 We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes shall be effective immediately upon publication on the website.

1.3 Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

2. Eligibility to Use the Website

2.1 You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to place an order on our website.

2.2 By placing an order, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

 

3. Orders & Payments

3.1 All orders shall be processed only after full payment has been successfully received.

3.2 We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.

3.3 All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

3.4 Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed under any circumstances.

3.5 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violation of these Terms.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 We currently ship products across India only.

4.2 Estimated delivery timelines range between three (3) to ten (10) working days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner.

4.3 Shipping charges, if applicable, shall be clearly displayed at the time of checkout.

4.4 While we make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, we shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

• Courier partners

• Force majeure events

• Natural calamities

• Government restrictions

• Unforeseen logistical or operational issues

 

5. Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

5.1 Blok n Roll does not accept returns.

5.2 Exchanges are accepted only for products that are damaged or defective at the time of delivery and reported within seven (7) working days from receipt of the product.

5.3 To initiate an exchange, customers must email hello@bloknroll.com with:

• Order details; and

• Clear images or videos of the damaged or defective product.

5.4 Approved exchanges shall be processed in accordance with our Exchange & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

5.5 No refunds or exchanges shall be provided for:

• Change of mind or personal preference

• Improper use or mishandling

• Normal wear and tear

 

6. Product Use & Disclaimer

6.1 Blok n Roll products are strategy-based board games and are not toys.

6.2 Products must be used strictly in accordance with the instructions and age recommendations provided on the packaging.

6.3 The Company shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss arising from improper or unintended use of the product.

 

7. Warranty & Customer Support

7.1 Our products are crafted with care and precision; however, no warranty, express or implied, is provided for any product sold on the website.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

8.1 We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

• Order processing

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 All content on the website, including but not limited to product designs, game mechanics, artwork, logos, text, images, and branding, are the exclusive intellectual property of Blok n Roll.

9.2 Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blok n Roll shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the website

• Purchase or use of our products

• Delays or service interruptions beyond our control

10.2 By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that the Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

 

11. Force Majeure

11.1 The Company shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, governmental actions, or technical failures.

 

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

12.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

12.3 The Company reserves the right to seek amicable resolution prior to initiating formal legal proceedings.

 

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
