Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased from Blok n Roll (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) through our official website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth herein.

 

1. Shipping Locations

1.1 Blok n Roll currently offers shipping within India only.

1.2 Orders placed for locations that are not serviceable by our logistics partners may be cancelled at our discretion. In such cases, customers shall be notified and any applicable refund shall be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

 

2. Order Processing Time

2.1 Orders are typically processed within three (3) to four (4) working days after successful payment confirmation.

2.2 Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or non-working days shall be processed on the next applicable business day.

2.3 Processing time does not include shipping or delivery time.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

3.1 Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within three (3) to four (4) working days under standard shipping.

3.2 Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural calamities

  • Strikes or labor disruptions

  • Government regulations

  • Courier partner delays

3.3 Blok n Roll shall not be held liable for delivery delays arising from such circumstances.

 

4. Shipping Charges

4.1 A standard shipping fee of ₹150 shall apply unless otherwise stated.

4.2 All applicable shipping charges shall be clearly displayed at the checkout prior to order confirmation.

4.3 Shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

 

5. Order Tracking

5.1 Upon dispatch, customers shall receive shipment tracking details via email.

5.2 If tracking information is not received within four (4) working days from order confirmation, customers are advised to contact hello@bloknroll.com for assistance.

 

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

6.1 In the event of a delivery delay beyond the estimated timeline, customers may contact the Company for status updates.

6.2 If a shipment is confirmed as lost in transit by the courier partner, the Company shall, at its discretion:

  • Dispatch a replacement product at no additional cost; or

  • Issue a refund in accordance with the Refund Policy.

6.3 Replacement or refund shall be initiated only after confirmation from the courier partner.

 

7. Delivery Attempts & Returned Shipments

7.1 Courier partners typically attempt delivery up to two (2) times at the shipping address provided by the customer.

7.2 If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, the shipment may be returned to the Company.

7.3 In such cases, reshipping charges may apply, and the Company shall not be responsible for delays or additional costs incurred.

 

8. Customer Responsibility

8.1 Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of order placement.

8.2 The Company shall not be liable for delivery failures or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

 

9. Partial Shipments

9.1 In certain cases, orders may be shipped in partial consignments due to logistical constraints or product availability.

9.2 Customers shall be notified in such instances, and no additional shipping charges shall be levied unless expressly communicated.

 

10. Risk & Title Transfer

10.1 Risk of loss or damage to the product shall pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided.

10.2 Any visible damage to the packaging or product must be reported to the Company within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.

 

11. Force Majeure

11.1 The Company shall not be held liable for failure or delay in shipping caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, governmental actions, or logistical disruptions.

 

12. Policy Modifications

12.1 Blok n Roll reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

12.2 Any changes shall be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
