This Exchange & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which products purchased from Blok n Roll(“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) through our official website may be exchanged or refunded. By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.
1. Exchange Eligibility
Blok n Roll offers exchange of products only, subject to the conditions stated below.
An exchange may be requested solely in the event that:

The product received is damaged or defective at the time of delivery; and

The issue is reported to us within seven (7) working days from the date of delivery; and

The product is unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, inserts, and labels.
2. Non-Eligible Exchange Requests
Exchange requests shall not be accepted under the following circumstances:

Change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction unrelated to a manufacturing defect.

Damage resulting from improper use, mishandling, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

Products purchased from third-party sellers, resellers, or marketplaces.

Products returned without original packaging or with missing components.

Free gifts, promotional items, or complimentary products.
3. Exchange Request Procedure
To initiate an exchange request, customers must:

Order number and date of purchase; and

Clear photographs or videos evidencing the damage or defect.

Upon receipt, the Company shall review the request within three (3) to seven (7) business days.

If the request is approved, detailed exchange instructions shall be communicated.

A replacement product shall be dispatched only after the damaged or defective product has been received and inspected by the Company.
Approved exchanges shall be processed at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
4. Important Conditions

Blok n Roll does not accept returns.

Exchanges are subject to availability of the same product variant.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

The Company reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not comply with this Policy.

The Company’s decision regarding exchange eligibility shall be final and binding.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds shall be issued only under the following limited circumstances:

An exchange request has been approved, but the replacement product is out of stock or discontinued.

A payment has been successfully deducted, but the transaction has failed and the order has not been confirmed.
Refunds shall not be issued for:

6. Refund Process
